Strategic Plan

Our 2022–2027 Strategic Plan was created in 2021, when we were still Women’s Voices for the Earth. As our Co-Executive Director shared, “the current threats to our planet require a deeply intersectional response… we needed a new direction to lean into our role as weavers – building a tapestry of voices, advocates, and issues — and expand our table to support collective action.”

This plan not only set bold goals for equity, sustainability, and coalition building — it also informed a major milestone: our 2025 rebrand to Weaving Voices for Health & Justice. Rooted in justice and driven by compassion, our plan continues to guide how we organize, advocate, and lead toward a thriving, sustainable future.
