Weavers Fellowship Program

Brittany M. Dohman is a campaign strategist and organizer with experience building coalitions and advancing justice reform, environmental health, and clean energy policy nationwide, including working on the national the campaign that helped make the EQUAL Act federal sentencing standard. She is a 2026 DNC Community Power Fellow, and her career also spans Dream.Org, NASA, Emily’s List, the Ron Walters Center for Public Policy and Politics, and two U.S. Senate offices. As a Campaign Strategy Fellow with Weaving Voices for Health and Justice, she’s excited to bring that organizing background to the fight for environmental health equity. 

When she’s not building coalitions, Brittany is usually baking something new, at the library with her daughter, or sipping a latte with a good book. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Howard University. 

Erin Holland is an environmental justice and agriculture advocate passionate about developing equitable solutions that address environmental injustices and improve human health. Her research has explored topics like sustainable food systems, environmental justice and equity, ocean sustainability, and environmental sciences. She has experience working on both domestic and international projects that have led her to places including Illinois, Michigan, South Africa, and Norway. 

Erin holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from Tuskegee University and an M.S. in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan. 

In her free time, she enjoys reading romance novels, making recipes from TikTok, and binge-watching crime shows. 

Elliott Weil is a queer, neurodivergent, and transmasculine community organizer and advocate from rural New Hampshire, now based out of Denver. His background in sociology and equitable outdoor recreation (both in research and application) have taken him many places but most recently he is thrilled to be joining Weaving Voices for Health and Justice as the 2026-2027 Organizing Fellow. 

Elliott has worked for years in the intersections of liberation through community work; labor advocacy, social and preventative healthcare programming, mutual aid, LGBTQ+ political advocacy and organizing, and queer nonprofit work. He currently works in environmental & food justice education with students in Denver and Greeley through SustainEd Farms and the Poudre Learning Center, and as a Co-Executive Director at the Colorado Name Change Project. Elliott’s passion for community-centered care, and commitment to equity, accessibility, and collaborative uplift inform his efforts across all spheres of relationships and work.  

Above all else, Elliott loves spending time with his community, his nervous dog Remy, caring for plants, cooking good food, and building coalitions of radical joy and collaboration.
